In our Project Based Learning Methodology Civil Engineering students will recognize and apply concepts, principles and theories in mathematics (including differential and integral calculus, differential equations, and matrix theory); Physics; Chemistry; the core Civil Engineering courses (structures; civil engineering materials; hydraulics; soil mechanics; transportation; and environmental engineering) with respect to their project.

Also this methodology improves the knowledge in critical thinking component (Foundation Engineering, Structural Design, Transportation Planning & Logistics, Reinforced Concrete Design, Water and Wastewater Treatment System, Civil Engineering Design I and Civil Engineering Design II) of Civil Engineering course with respect to their project.

a. Academic:- Pass in the Higher Secondary examination of Kerala or Class 12 of VHSE, CBSE, ICSE or any examination accepted by the University as equivalent thereto, obtaining not less than 50% marks in Mathematics, and 50% in Mathematics , Physics and Chemistry/ Biotechnology/ Computer Science/ Biology put together OR A Diploma in Engineering awarded by the Board of Technical Education, Kerala or an examination recognized as equivalent thereto after undergoing an institutional course of at least 3 years , securing a minimum of 50% marks in the final diploma examination subject to the usual concession allowed for backward classes and other communities as specified from time to time..

b. Candidates admitted under Government Quota or Management Quota shall be qualified in the entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination, Govt. of Kerala.

c. Candidates admitted under NRI Quota shall be exempted from writing the entrance examination conducted by the Commissioner for Entrance Examination, Govt. of Kerala.

d. Age :-Applicants should have completed 17 years as on 31st December. No relaxation of age will be allowed.

a. Formal Application form and Prospectus for admission can be obtained from the college office in person or by post on payment of Rs.500/-. All payments shall be made via Cheque/DD drawn in favour of the Pinnacle School Of Engineering And Technology, Payable at Anchal.

b. The duly filled application form along with attested copies of necessary documents can be submitted directly or by registered post to the college so as to reach the college office on or before the prescribed date. Applicants shall obtain acknowledgement from the college for applications submitted directly.

c. Applications submitted should be complete in all respects. Incomplete Applications shall be rejected

d. Copies of following Certificates / Documents to be submitted along with the application.

1) 12th/10th certificate in proof of date of birth.
2) Mark list of qualifying examination and entrance examination.

e. All copies of certificates shall be attested by Gazetted Officer/Head of the Institution where the student has studied.

f. Late and incomplete applications will be rejected.

g. For NRI Quota Seats, the candidate must be a dependent of a Non Resident Indian.

a. Management quota seats for the B.Tech course will be 50% of the total seats. The selection will be on the basis of the rank list published by the management from the students who submitted valid application forms. The rank list will be prepared and published by taking into consideration the marks obtained by the candidates for the +2 examinations and entrance examination conducted by the Kerala State Entrance Examiner. If the entrance rank list is prepared by the entrance commissioner taking into the +2 marks, then that rank list will be taken as it is.

b. Rank list of the Students applied for admission in this college will be available at the website, www.pinnacle.ac.in and in the college Notice Board. The last date of issuing the application form and the last date of submission of application will be available on the website and on the notice board. The students will be called for interview as per the rank list. Dates of the interview will be published in the website and on the college notice board. Selected students have to remit the fees and submit the certificates at the time of admission.

c. Classes will start as per the dates announced by the Government or the commissioner of entrance examinations.

If any candidate admitted against "Government or Management Quota" discontinues the studies, after the closing of admission, to join other courses or college or other purposes he/she is liable to pay the entire course fee or the fee for the remaining years whichever is higher.

The date of closing of admission for Private Self-financing Engineering Colleges will be notified by the Government of Kerala or the entrance commissioner. After this date all students leaving the college for any reason has to be paid the entire course fee or the balance fee for the remaining years irrespective of annual family income/nationality/reservation seats.
